Peace Ike is a Dialogue Facilitator & Conflict Strategist who works across both secular and faith-based spaces to promote constructive dialogue and bridge cultural divides. After earning her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Pittsburgh, she spent a few years repairing broken bodies—only to discover her deeper calling: repairing broken bonds.
So, she launched her nonprofit organization The Gathering Place Philly, a community engagement initiative promoting healthy city-wide flourishing through shared meals, intentional gatherings and courageous conversations across differences.
Today, she leads Unoffendable Life, a movement for people who are tired of polarized outrage and choosing a better way forward. She also heads up Set The Table Strategies, a consulting firm that equips organizations with the relational skills needed to deepen trust and build thriving teams.
